Open for Business/Holiday Cheer

In a whirlwind of construction, painting, and life we are proud to say we now have our occupancy permit.  Updated pictures and a longer blog post will be shared within the next week.  Progress is profound!  We also now have HEAT, which means... cue the Holiday Parties.

If you know a business or corporation looking to book a holiday party make sure to send them our way!

Rough Sawn Progress

Here's where we left off last blog:

Once we got the trusses up it was time for the roofing:

With much debate we chose black shingles:

Got a new whip and customized the seats:

Installed the board siding:

Installed some windows:

Started installing the entrance:

And the inside is slowly coming together, one day at a time!

We are getting closer and closer to our end product, launch of our social media, and the start of booking.  We were lucky enough to work with our sole contractor, Richard Pednault, of Rough Sawn Construction, out of Standish.  If you are looking or know someone looking for construction of a rough sawn lumbar building... his work is amazing.  He can be reached at (207)776-3425.

Outrageously Excited,
Jenny
